Shipping Conditions

* The delivery time by transport agencies within the EU is usually 72 business hours, so under normal conditions, you should receive your order in 3-4 days tops. If you don't, please contact us via email at info@ortizreed.com.
* Shipping costs within the EU are free for purchases over 150 EUR. For purchases of lower amounts, you will be charged 15.90 EUR.
Free Exchanges and Returns
* If the product doesn't fit or simply isn't what you expected, please contact us so we can offer you an exchange or arrange for the collection of your purchase by the agency. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, but not your contribution to the shipping costs of the original order if there were any.
