  • All shipments are made within a maximum of 24 working hours  (business days) from the receipt of the order.

  • The delivery time by transport agencies on the mainland is usually 24 working hours, so under normal conditions, you should receive your order within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of placing it. If this is not the case, please contact us at info@ortizreed.com.

  • Shipping costs within the mainland are free for purchases over 100 EUR. For purchases below this amount, a small fee of 5.00 EUR will be charged for shipping.
