Shipping conditions

Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 working hours of receipt.

Delivery by carriers on the mainland usually takes 24 working hours. Under normal conditions, you should receive your order within 48 working hours of placing it. If your delivery is delayed, please contact info@ortizreed.com.

Shipping within the mainland is free for orders of 100 EUR or more, including orders of exactly 100 EUR. For orders below 100 EUR, the shipping fee is 5.00 EUR.
