International Shipping (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local VAT and customs handling fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Orders to Switzerland
Swiss authorities apply import VAT (8.1%), and carriers may charge customs clearance and handling fees. These costs are set by third parties (customs authorities and carriers) and are beyond our control.

If the product doesn’t fit or is simply not what you expected, please contact us so we can arrange an exchange or send the courier to pick up your purchase. You will receive a full refund of your purchase, excluding any shipping costs from the original order if applicable.
