SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt of payment.

Spain: Our shipments are free from 120 euros to the Peninsula. Purchases under 120 shipping are 13.95 euros.

Europe: Shipping is free for the rest of Europe from 150 euros. Purchases under 150 shipping are 18.95 euros.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our footwear and belts are subject to changes and/or returns within the European Union. For any other items from our collection not mentioned above, please contact us at info@ortizreed.com.

The lapse of time to make any changes or returns is 20 days from the date of shipment. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, otherwise, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given. If the customer wishes, we can pick up the package at the address indicated for a cost of 13.95 in the Peninsula and 18.95 in the rest of Europe. This amount will be deducted from the refund. If you do not want this service, the customer can use their own means to make the shipment.
